Job Description

Job DescriptionEmbark on a mission‑driven journey as a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics in Concord, New Hampshire. This opportunity is more than a role—it’s a chance to shape healing, comfort families, and elevate care for growing children during every shift. In Concord, you’ll practice within a welcoming New England community that blends historic charm with modern healthcare, offering meaningful pediatric experiences that honor both science and empathy. Picture the impact you can have as you guide families through treatment plans, support anxious caregivers, and comfort little patients when they need it most. As you begin this assignment, starting December 15, 2025, you’ll join a team that values your voice, your clinical proficiency, and your capacity to contribute to brighter health outcomes. If you crave variety, the opportunity to work in multiple locations across the U.S. lets you broaden your professional horizons while staying focused on pediatric health and family‑centered care.

Concord is a gem for those who want a high‑quality lifestyle without sacrificing professional fulfillment. You’ll enjoy safe neighborhoods, a strong sense of community, and access to excellent schools and cultural offerings. When you need outdoor renewal, the White Mountains provide hiking, skiing, and breathtaking scenery, while the Lakes Region and Seacoast deliver tranquil retreats and coastal adventures. The state’s fall foliage paints a living postcard, inviting weekend explorations after concise shifts. For travel nursing, the appeal grows as you gain exposure to diverse hospital settings, varied pediatric populations, and different care models across the country. This broader experience enhances clinical judgment, sharpens problem‑solving, and expands your professional network, all while you return to Concord’s charming pace and the everyday comforts that support work‑life balance.

As a Pediatric RN on this travel assignment, you’ll perform comprehensive pediatric nursing care for newborns through adolescents. Responsibilities include thorough patient assessments and monitoring, development and execution of age‑appropriate care plans, IV therapy and precise medication administration, wound care, and stability support during acute events. You’ll diligently monitor vitals, interpret lab results, collaborate with families, pediatricians, and school personnel, and ensure safe discharge planning. You’ll uphold infection control practices, manage IV lines when needed, and assist with procedures under physician direction. You’ll encourage growth and development through play, provide family education on dosing, nutrition, safety, and activity, and advocate for each child’s best interests. You’ll document clearly in electronic health records, communicate changes to the care team, and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes. The role offers substantial room for professional growth in pediatrics, with opportunities to pursue specialty certifications, engage in mentorship, and gain experience across neonatal, general, and subspecialty pediatric units depending on site availability. The compensation package features a competitive weekly pay range of $2,183–$2,225, plus bonuses, housing assistance, and possibilities for contract extensions that support long‑term career trajectory. You’ll receive robust on‑site and remote support, including 24/7 assistance from a dedicated team that coordinates travel logistics, credentialing, and clinical onboarding. If you encounter a challenge, our travel specialists are available around the clock to address housing, shift changes, or clinical questions, ensuring you can focus on delivering high‑quality pediatric care.

Our company is built on a foundation of empowerment, encouraging your career advancement within a supportive, collaborative environment. We are committed to helping you grow—from hands‑on skill refinement to leadership readiness—so you can expand your impact across departments, facilities, and communities. You’ll join peers who value teamwork, continuous learning, and compassionate care, and you’ll benefit from resources designed to help you thrive in fast‑paced pediatric settings. This is more than a job—it’s a pathway to becoming a more versatile, confident, and influential pediatric nurse, with opportunities to mentor others, take on leadership tasks, and pursue certifications that align with your ambitions.

Ready to apply? This is your invitation to join a company that recognizes your expertise, respects your time, and invests in your ongoing development. If you’re motivated by making a tangible difference in pediatric health, and you want to experience Concord’s unique blend of outdoor beauty, community warmth, and professional growth, take the next step now. Start your journey on December 15, 2025, and help shape the future of pediatric care across diverse communities while benefiting from competitive pay, housing support, and the chance to extend your impactful assignment.

Please note: The hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
