📍 Location: Hadley, MA (Hybrid – Onsite 1–2 Days/Week)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

💼 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality.
- Monitor production processes and identify deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and approve batch records, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance product quality.
- Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
- Document and report findings, including defects and corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
✅ What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in nutraceuticals or food manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
