Groundworks Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our foundation crews on residential and commercial projects across Massachusetts. This is a full-time position with steady work throughout the year, including the winter season.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete foundation crews
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts
- Ensure forms, footings, and walls are set accurately and efficiently
- Maintain quality control and jobsite safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members
- Manage materials, equipment, and crew scheduling to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in concrete foundation forming
- Strong knowledge of Rapid Form or similar forming systems
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on-site
- Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic
