Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Vineyard Haven, MA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services on a leave replacement contract. This role offers a flexible schedule with 37.5 hours per week expected; candidates willing to work three days per week will be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with teletherapy and in-school speech-language services
  • Ability to effectively manage caseloads for K-12 students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy protocols

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Conducting teletherapy sessions as needed to support student progress
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Preparing documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans
  • Adapting therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs across various settings
