Job SummaryWe are seeking a mechanically inclined Engineering Technician to support our Memcor pilot program within the water filtration industry. This hands-on role focuses on shipping pilot units to customers, maintaining the pilot fleet, and organizing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to document control, SOP creation, and ongoing product improvement efforts in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and package pilot equipment for shipment; utilize computer systems for shipping documentation
2. Provide engineering and sales support for ongoing projects
3. Perform routine maintenance on small equipment and water filtration systems
4. Manage warehouse inventory, organize stock, and maintain orderly workspace
5. Clean and maintain shop and warehouse environment
6. Maintain and update documentation and records related to equipment and procedures
7. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment handling and maintenance
8. Support product improvement initiatives through hands-on feedback and collaboration with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

1. Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment (formal training not required)
2. Basic computer skills for inventory, documentation, and shipping tasks
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with engineering and sales teams
5. Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment
6. High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or experience in mechanical or equipment maintenance is a plus
