Job Description

NOW HIRING: ALL POSTITIONS Driver's , Dispatchers, Roadside Techs

Marc’s Auto Service, family-owned and operated since 1991 with towing roots back to 1963, is expanding our team!

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Dispatchers , Roadside Techs , Wrecker / Rollback Operators for Light, Medium, and Heavy Wrecker positions.

Position Details:

Dispatchers

Will need to have experience or knowledge in the field
Be able to multi task
Basic computer knowledge
Using software available keep fuel cost down and drivers arriving timely to their jobs
basic vehicle knowledge

Light / Medium Wrecker & Rollback Operators

Pay based on experience.
Drivers with valid towing certificates (Statewide, WreckMaster, etc.) will be worked into the pay structure.
Full-time hourly pay plus on-call commission opportunities.
Must be available every other weekend on-call, or able to structure one weekend day weekly.

Heavy Wrecker Operators

Pay based on experience.
Drivers with valid towing certificates will be worked into the pay structure.
Standard work week: Monday - Thursday.
Must be available every other weekend on-call.

Road Side tech's

Perform light duty calls ( Jumps, flat tire changed, lockouts, fuel delivery)
Basic machinic knowledge a plus you will be required to perform battery installs once AAA trained.

✅ Requirements:

Prior towing experience required.
Clean driving record.
Valid DOT medical card.
Ability to pass CORI / Hireright background checks.
Ability to work well with others and handle customer interactions professionally.
CDL required for Heavy/Medium Wrecker and Landoll positions.

If you have prior experience, please bring in any document to prove.

We are unable to accept any applications prior to hire right being done. Applications need to be dated and will be help on to for 45 Days after 45 days the hire right expires and needs to be re done.
