Position: RN-Rehab (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Rehab for a 8-week contract in Laconia, New Hampshire — earn up to ($1117 - $1175 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and rehabilitation support to individuals in recovery.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.

Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in New Hampshire or compact state.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Experience in rehabilitation nursing or similar healthcare setting.

Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
