• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and create reports.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Manage documents and correspondence through Microsoft Word.
• Oversee calendar management and scheduling tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed effectively.
• Proven experience in customer service and answering inbound calls.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective email correspondence.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
