Job Details:

• Work as a registered nurse in an adaptive acuity unit with 25 beds
\n• Maintain 1:5 nurse to patient ratio for general care
\n• Occasionally provide PCU care with 3:1 ratio when required (non-negotiable)
\n• Must be willing to work charge nurse responsibilities
\n• Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice
\n• Weekend schedule: Every other weekend required
\n• Holiday coverage as required
\n• No billable orientation hours
\n• Overtime worked at regular rate with no multiplier
\n• 2+ years of current med surg/tele experience required
\n• Charge experience required
\n• PCU experience strongly required
\n• Drip experience required
\n• ICU experience strongly preferred
\n• Minimum 3 months previous travel experience required (non-negotiable)
\n• Small critical access facility experience preferred
\n• Must have own vehicle for transportation
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• Vermont nursing license required
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
