Mobile Service Technician – Company Van Provided

$22–$35 per hour + performance incentives
Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule | No Dealership Drive-Backs
Stoneham Ford — New England’s #1 Ford Commercial Fleet Dealer — is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys working independently, staying on the move, and providing great customer service without the typical dealership delays.
You’ll operate from a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van, performing maintenance, light repairs, and recall services at customer locations.

What You'll Do
- Travel to customer sites in a company-provided Mobile Service Van
- Perform routine maintenance, light repairs, and recall services
- Communicate with Mobile Service Coordinator, Parts Department & Management
- Manage your daily route and time efficiently
- Provide excellent customer communication
- Document all service work accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment & vehicle
- Stay current with Ford bulletins, PTS & OASIS
What We're Looking For
- Prior automotive Ford technician experience (B-level preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose and problem-solve effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently
- ASE certifications preferred, not required
- Ford/Lincoln experience helpful but not required
