Position Overview\n
This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a medical-surgical rehabilitation setting. The nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family education, and provide leadership by collaborating effectively with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
\n\nShift Details\n
The schedule for this position consists of 12-hour night shifts, with a 36-hour work guarantee.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients.
- Engage in patient and family education to enhance understanding of care plans.
- Provide leadership by working collaboratively with nursing and patient care teams.
- Participate in maintaining professional nursing standards in a clinical environment.
- May be required to work as a backup Charge Nurse when necessary.

- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical rehabilitation experience is required.
- Experience in a Charge Nurse role is necessary.
- Previous travel nursing experience of at least 3 months is required.
- BSN is preferred.
- Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle, as public transport is not available in this community.
