QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- D. or master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field (or equivalent experience with BACB supervision eligibility)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience leading behavior intervention programs, including work with individuals with severe behaviors, trauma histories, and multiple disabilities
- Experience leading, supervising, and developing high-performing clinical teams
- Reliable transportation

As Director of Behavioral Services, your day revolves around both high-level strategy and hands-on support. You regularly connect with department staff, ensuring clinical integrity and workload balance across cases. You guide your team with clarity, leading supervision meetings, refining intervention plans, and encouraging skill development. You work closely with interdisciplinary partners to align services and tackle challenges collaboratively. From reviewing complex behavior data to designing innovative programs and policies, you keep quality at the forefront. Whether mentoring a new BCBA, overseeing a crisis intervention debrief, or shaping future programming, every moment is spent advancing a culture of ethical care, clinical excellence, and meaningful progress.
