Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a K-12 school system in Manchester, NH. This contract position spans the current school year and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication development within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Deliver therapeutic intervention services addressing speech, language, voice, fluency, and related communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and reports, consistent with regulatory and ethical standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Prior experience as an SLP in a school setting, working with children from diverse backgrounds K-12
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and collaborate effectively with school staff
