WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an LPN at Crystal Springs Inc., your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities focused on ensuring the health and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities. Your main tasks will include performing bi-monthly in-home audits and medication and MAR reviews. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to maintain current medication and treatment orders. You will carefully monitor any side effects or adverse effects and report them to the appropriate parties.
As an LPN, you will also be responsible for conducting physical assessments, including vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Furthermore, you will be prepared to provide G and J tube care as needed, ensuring the comfort and well-being of individuals. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU?
We're looking for someone who can work Monday - Friday from 10 am - 6 pm with one day off each week, as well as rotating weekends on-call while meeting the following qualifications:
- Current MA LPN license
One year of experience as an LPN is preferred but new graduates are welcome!
