Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver total nursing care consistent with stepdown unit protocols for adult-geriatric patients.
- Participate actively in patient and family teaching to promote health and recovery.
- Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and healthcare team members to maintain clinical excellence.
- Comply with professional nursing standards and clinical policies.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system efficiently for documentation and communication.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate, essential for consideration.
- Experience working in stepdown or critical care settings, specifically with adult-geriatric populations.
- Ability to follow protocols without block scheduling accommodations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to adhere to medical and occupational health compliance within five days of assignment acceptance.
- Professional traveler-provided scrubs without logos.
- COVID-19 vaccination strongly recommended, but not mandatory.
