Segal McCambridge, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our thriving toxic tort (asbestos) and product liability practice in our Boston office.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney in Massachusetts (dual licensure in CT or RI is a plus).
- 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, motions, legal research, depositions, and client reporting.
- Toxic tort and/or product liability experience strongly preferred.
- Strong research, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of assignments.
- Mediation/arbitration experience is a plus.
