What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters preferred)

Active or eligible Massachusetts Special Education teaching license

Prior experience working with students with disabilities in K-12 settings

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills

Proficiency in writing and managing IEPs

A commitment to fostering both academic and personal development for all students
