Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain log of material and supply receipts/inventory</li>
<li>Oversee&nbsp;work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li>
</ul>
General Tasks:
<ul>
<li>Landscaping</li>
<li>Painting</li>
<li>Apartment renovation tasks</li>
<li>Lawn care/landscaping</li>
<li>Groundskeeping</li>
<li>Painting</li>
<li>Basic and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Apartment renovation tasks</li>
<li>General cleaning</li>
<li>Trash pickup</li>
<li>Shoveling</li>
<li>Heavy lifting</li>
</ul>

<li>Driver's License</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Phone</li>
<li>Ability to work independently or with a team</li>
</ul>
Workplace environment:
<ul>
<li>You will be working in and around multi-family buildings in Manchester, NH. Some days there will be work in Concord, Nashua, or other surrounding towns, but the majority of work is in Manchester, NH</li>
</ul>
