What You'll Do (Tailored to Your Expertise)

Residential Focus: Install and service HVAC/R systems like boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, splits, ductless units, and refrigeration setups. Fabricate ducts/controls, braze/solder piping, wire systems per blueprints, and handle diagnostics/repairs with code compliance. Lead helpers, order stock, and explain options to homeowners clearly.
Commercial Focus: Perform AC, heating, and refrigeration services: leak detection, refrigerant charging/recovery, system parameter checks (pressures, temps, CFM), electrical diagnostics (low/high voltage). Diagnose issues, recommend fixes, ensure safety/code compliance, and collaborate with teams/customers for seamless repairs/replacements/installs. Train juniors and stay composed under pressure.

Expect steady work, professional tools/vehicles, and opportunities to specialize or advance.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED.
3-5+ years in HVAC/R: residential installs/maintenance OR commercial refrigeration/service (bonus points for shake machines or restaurant work).
EPA Section 608 certification (Type I, II, or III; refrigeration license required for commercial role).
Hands-on skills: troubleshooting, brazing/soldering, wiring diagrams/blueprints, sheet metal tools (snips, brakes), hand tools (crescent wrenches), and refrigerant handling.
Valid driver's license, clean record; pass drug test/background check.
Self-motivated, customer-focused communicator who's tech-savvy (email, apps) and reliable year-round.
Positive attitude, autonomy in problem-solving, and ability to handle upset clients or extreme temps.
