Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information to prospective students and stakeholders.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and precise communication.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to support admissions processes.
• Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records for the department.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and support departmental goals.• Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
