A leading AmLaw firm that advises startups to established fortune 500 companies seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Technology Practice with a focus on capital markets.
Candidate should have experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings). Candidate should be familiar with the underwriting process, comfort letters, opinions and other components of the offering process. Candidate does not need to have a prior focus on life science or technology.
