Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a PRN travel role from September 24 October 6 in a clinic setting located in Indian Island, ME. This position supports patient care forNative Americancommunities.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:

Provide prescription processing, verification, and patient counseling services.

Perform therapeutic drug monitoring, assess medication regimens, and consult with medical providers.

Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and safety precautions.

Administer vaccinations and maintain accurate documentation.

Support daily pharmacy operations including inventory management and ordering.

Pyxis MedStation & CII Safe
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program.

Licensed to practice pharmacy in a U.S. State, Territory, or D.C.

Certificate in Immunizations.

COVID vaccination preferred.

Clinical experience preferred.
