We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile Handyman to join our team in a full-time, year-round position. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and has experience across a range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
This role is perfect for someone who can adapt to different types of projects—from painting and minor renovations to landscaping, repairs, and installing smart home devices.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs (interior and exterior) including carpentry, drywall, doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture.

Handle painting, patching, and finishing work.

Assist with small-scale renovation projects and upgrades.

Conduct landscaping and outdoor maintenance (mowing, trimming, planting, seasonal cleanup).

Drive company vehicle as needed for material pickups and project support as well as errands and airport pickups for owners.

Install and set up smart devices including locks, lights, cameras, and other basic home technology systems.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.

Provide friendly, professional customer service when working on-site.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Proven handyman, maintenance, or construction experience.

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Painting, drywall, and finishing expertise.

Landscaping and groundskeeping experience.

Familiarity with smart home devices (installation, setup, troubleshooting).

Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, and basic equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training a plus).

At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical labor.
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or with a team.
