A Day in the life of a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Cornerstone VNA, you'll enjoy autonomy and independence while caring for patients where they want to be, at home. While working independently, support from your manager and your team is just a phone call away.

At each visit, you'll be instrumental in providing education to patients, families, and caregivers to safely perform care in the home as assigned by a Registered Nurse on your team. In collaboration with your interdisciplinary team, you'll play an important role in helping your patients achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Current state of New Hampshire LPN License or compact state LPN license
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Proficiency with medical EMR Systems
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance
