✅ What You Need:
- A MA Real Estate License (or actively working on getting it)
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- A tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with CRMs, social, digital marketing

- Ability to work solo and within a tight-knit, supportive team
- Real passion for real estate and a hunger to grow
