Job DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator role in Claremont, New Hampshire. The successful applicant will join our team in the property management industry, where they will play a vital role in managing our properties and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and effectively manage all general office correspondence
• Maintain organized and efficient records of all property-related documents
• Take charge of rent collection and processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule necessary maintenance appointments
• Manage and organize appointments for residents to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize strong software and computer skills for efficient property management
• Assist in supporting operations for a 62+, 80-unit building
• Leverage knowledge of Section 8 and Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA) in managing affordable housing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Property Management
• Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations and procedures a plus
• Knowledge of the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA) a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
