Job Details
We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our Probate Litigation team. In this role, you’ll assist with all stages of litigation, including preparing Probate Court filings, drafting motions, coordinating with courts, managing discovery, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare court filings related to estates, trusts, and guardianships
- Draft motions, affidavits, and correspondence
- Coordinate filings (e-filing, hand, and mail) with various courts
- Manage deadlines, discovery trackers, and document organization
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and financial institutions
- Maintain accurate billing records
Requirements:
- 5+ years of litigation experience (fiduciary/probate a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
