Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Occupational Therapist is needed to provide direct services and support for students ranging from preschool through 8th grade in a K-8 school setting. This position is located in Laconia, NH, and is a contract role lasting from August 25 through the end of the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in grades preschool to 8th
- Conduct evaluations and participate in meetings related to student progress
- Write IEP goals and monitor progress
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs
- No supervision of COTA required
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapy certification is required
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage caseload and complete administrative tasks related to evaluations and IEP documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule and Location:
- Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility depending on referral volume and evaluation demands
- Located in Laconia, NH within a K-8 school environment
