Job Description

  • Support day-to-day project management tasks and project team coordination
  • \n

  • Track contracts, pricing, purchase orders, and change orders
  • \n

  • Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and insurance documentation
  • \n

  • Perform field observations and site surveys as directed
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate project data and ensure key information is shared appropriately
  • \n

  • Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking
  • \n

  • Support preparation of proposals and updates for ongoing projects
  • \n

  • Attend meetings and maintain action logs
  • \n

  • Uphold information security standards and protect confidential company data
  • \n

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:\n

    \n
  • 1-3 years' experience in construction management or project coordination
  • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • \n

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • \n

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and cloud-based project management software (e.g., Procore)
  • \n

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • \n

  • Experience with medium to high-complexity construction projects is a plus
  • \n

  • Mission-critical or data center construction experience is a bonus but not required
  • \n
