Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Springfield, VT. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and educators to enhance students' academic and functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive evaluations to identify students' needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to students' educational goals.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Vermont OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
