Supports manufacturing and tooling operations through hands-on investment casting activities, tooling documentation, metrology reporting, and project tracking. Contributes to process execution, technical documentation, and cross-functional project coordination while supporting additive manufacturing and lab-based activities.

Responsibilities
- Execute investment casting operations including wax injection, wax assembly, grinding, and related shop-floor processes.
- Develop and maintain tooling history databases and project tracking tools to monitor progress, risks, and roadblocks.
- Prepare and review technical documentation such as CMM verification reports, mold qualification reports, and technical service requests.
- Interpret, review, and balloon engineering drawings; verify accuracy of Device History Records (DHRs).
- Perform laboratory activities including preparation of chemical baths, post-processing of 3D-printed wax parts, silicone mold fabrication, and laser etching.
- Support project reporting and communicate status updates to engineering leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, tooling, investment casting, or additive manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with engineering drawings, CMM data, and manufacturing documentation.
- Exposure to lab-based manufacturing processes and cross-functional project support activities.
