When you join RadNet as a Clinical Applications Support Engineer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Provide L1 technical support to clinicians and other healthcare professionals on the use of clinical software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical software applications.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops on the use of clinical software applications.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of clinical software applications.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of clinical software applications.
- Document procedures and processes related to clinical software applications.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new clinical software applications.
- Work with other IT teams to ensure the integration of clinical software applications with other systems.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Imaging or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in providing technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Experience with clinical software applications, including electronic health records (EHRs), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
