When you join RadNet as a Clinical Applications Support Engineer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Provide L1 technical support to clinicians and other healthcare professionals on the use of clinical software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical software applications.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops on the use of clinical software applications.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of clinical software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of clinical software applications.
  • Document procedures and processes related to clinical software applications.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new clinical software applications.
  • Work with other IT teams to ensure the integration of clinical software applications with other systems.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Imaging or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in providing technical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with clinical software applications, including electronic health records (EHRs), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
