Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Order Processing: Review customer purchase orders for hardware, verify them against Salesforce quotes, and accurately enter them into SAP Business One (SBO); collaborate with the Sales Operations team to resolve any order discrepancies.
- Billing & Invoice Support: Assist with generating and sending invoices, respond to customer questions about billing, and provide general support to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Customer Account Support: Monitor the accounting inbox, handle requests for statements or invoice copies, and respond to customer inquiries related to account and payment information.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Background in order entry and accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Month-End Close
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experienced using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
