Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider – Full-Time

We’re seeking a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative team of experienced cardiologists and advanced practitioners in a well-established, patient-focused practice. Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiac care in collaboration with a team of board-certified cardiologists.
- Conduct assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and manage treatment plans for patients with a variety of cardiac conditions.
- Assist in coordination of care between the cardiology team, emergency department, ICU, and hospitalist program.
- Participate in patient education, follow-up care, and ongoing management of chronic cardiac conditions.
- Support integrated systems of care and collaboration with regional tertiary centers for advanced and invasive cardiology services.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree and current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Active or eligible Vermont state licensure.
- Prior cardiology experience strongly preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training and interest in cardiology will be considered.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
