What You’ll Do:

• Tackle the challenge of diagnosing and repairing diverse systems like gas engines and carpet cleaning machines with precision and skill.
• Collaborate with team members, lending your expertise and learning from others.
• Manage service orders and smoothly interact with our valued clients both in-person and through digital means.
• Provide customers with clear, detailed estimates, guiding them through repair and service options.
• Harmonize the workflow in our shop, coordinating with parts suppliers and ensuring timely service execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license paired with a safe driving record.
• Foundational education corresponding to a high school diploma and ownership of essential mechanic tools.
• Proven mechanical acumen with the ability to identify and solve issues efficiently.
• Strong stakeholder communications skills with a professional, helpful approach.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly regarded and rewarded.
• Experience in machine maintenance or repair for two or more years is highly preferred.
