Position: Building Systems Maintenance Technician
Description: Taylor Community is currently hiring an experienced Building Systems Maintenance Technician to assist with work orders and maintenance projects. We offer opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair and installation, carpentry, painting (interior and exterior; sheetrock repair), HVAC maintenance, and Maintenance inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and perform annual preventive maintenance checks.
- Assist with snow removal as needed.
Total Compensation: We offer competitive wages and benefits, including:
- Full-time hourly position

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care facilities preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid NH Driver's license
- Ability to provide work references
- Strong dedication to customer service and ability to work independently
