Job DescriptionAdecco is working with a manufacturing company in Manchester, NH to bring on a temp-to-hire Janitorial team member. This is a full-time position. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $17–$22/hour (based on experience)
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor that is bilingual to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our manufacturing facility. The janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining production areas, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in all areas of the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building
- Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, machinery exteriors, and equipment (non-operational areas only)
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored properly
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with basic exterior maintenance (sweeping walkways, snow removal, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Communication and documentation experience
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
