Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time school psychologist position is available for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year in a K-12 school setting located in Derry, NH. This contract role offers the opportunity to support students' academic, social, and emotional development across 1 to 4 school locations. The caseload will be determined based on the needs of the schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group psychological assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans that promote student success
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and procedures
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid NH state certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing and assessment tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a variable schedule and work on-site across multiple locations
