Job DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in North Billerica, Massachusetts. The chosen candidate will be part of a team that deploys and configures laptops and android phones. This role is based in an office setting and will involve travel to various locations.
Key responsibilities:
• Deploy and configure laptops and Android phones as per the process guidelines.
• Effectively handle one-on-one interactions with employees at different locations for setup and configuration.
• Manage and resolve related inquiries from customers.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer credit.
• Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, etc. for efficient deployment.
• Handle tasks related to Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, and Computer Hardware.
• Undertake configuration management and ensure proper deployment of resources.
• Work on Mac Computers and use expertise to resolve related issues.• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Must have a solid understanding of Cisco Technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in Citrix Technologies is essential.
• Experience with Mac Computers is a must.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
• Demonstrable skill in Active Directory management.
• Proficiency in handling and maintaining Apple Devices.
• Must have a good understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Experience in Configuration Management is necessary.
• Must have experience in managing and executing Deployments.
