Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs

- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher in an elementary school environment
- Strong understanding of special education laws, instructional strategies, and behavioral supports
- Ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and educational teams
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Certification or licensure in Special Education (as required by state standards)
