Position Summary:
Responsible for landscaping, snow removal, and general property maintenance across our portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, spring/fall clean up and irrigation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors.
• Operate snow removal equipment to clear driveways, walkways, and parking lots during winter months.
• Apply salt or other de-icing agents as needed to ensure safety.
• Patch and repair drywall to maintain the appearance and integrity of interior spaces.
• Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and applying paint.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building or repairing furniture and fixtures.
• Utilize various hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform minor plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Assist with demolition tasks, including the safe removal of walls, flooring, and other structures as needed for renovation or construction projects.
• Ensure debris is properly disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Provide labor support for commercial construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
• Assist with the installation of building systems and components as directed by project supervisors.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
• Report incidents immediately to safety director, foreman or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.
• Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license: Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends
• Ability to lift and operate heavy equipment
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend work as needed
