Position Overview:
- Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Express Care
- Facility: New London Hospital (New London, NH)
- Department: Express Care – Urgent/Emergency services
- Classification: Emergency Room B
- Support Available: Onsite Radiology, Lab, ER
- EMR System: EPIC
Shift & Schedule:
- Shift Type: Days
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Shift Times: 9a–7p, 9a–5p, 9a–3p
- Days: Sunday through Saturday (Varied schedule)
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes, 40/week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Patient Population & Conditions Treated:
- Ages: Patients 1 year and older
- Examples of Conditions Treated:
- Sprains, strains, skin rashes, cuts/lacerations
- Respiratory infections, eye injuries, fractures
- ER-Level Conditions Handled by Separate ER (not Express Care):
- Stroke symptoms, chest pain, severe bleeding/head trauma, loss of consciousness
- Children under 1 year old
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2+ years as LPN in clinic setting
- Pediatric experience required
- Urgent care experience required
- Experience with all age groups
- Travel experience preferred
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) required
- License:
- New Hampshire LPN license
- Transportation:
- Must have own vehicle
- Other:
- Must include permanent address in profile
Housing:
- Travelers must secure housing prior to accepting the offer

Pay & Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $63
- Holiday/OT Multiplier: 1.25x
- On-Call / Call-Back / Charge: Not applicable
- Non-Billable Orientation: 0 hours
Exclusions & Restrictions:
- Local Travelers (within 50 miles) are not eligible
- RTO Rules:
- Max 5 days off total — must be submitted with profile
- NO RTO accepted after submission
- RTO from end of assignment through early 2026 is not approved
- Holiday Rule:
- If you request Thanksgiving off, you must work Christmas and New Year to be considered for an extension
