A bit about us:
We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. This successful candidate will work closely with our current real estate litigation attorneys to support numerous clients with real estate, land use, construction, and environmental matters. The successful candidate will possess one to three years of prior experience in real estate litigation matters and be admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts. This position will involve representing clients in a wide variety of real estate and construction disputes

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
3. Extensive experience in real estate litigation, zoning, and land use disputes.
4. Admitted to practice law in the state.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and deliver positive outcomes for clients.
