Position: LPN – Lebanon, NH

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lebanon, NH. This opportunity offers both traveler and local options for qualified candidates.

Assignment Details

Location: Lebanon, NH

Local: 5x8s – 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM

Traveler: 3x12s – 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week (local) / 36 per week (traveler)

Patient Ratio: 1.6

Traveler Pay Package

Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,449.00

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $504.00

Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable): $0.00

Weekly Gross: $1,953.00

Local Pay Rate

$45.71/hour

Requirements (Dealbreakers)

Active BLS certification

Copy of Driver’s License

Covid Vaccination Card

Previous experience in LTC, SNF, or Rehab settings
