Job Overview:
The SPED Coordinator will oversee special education services across assigned schools, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines while supporting teachers and specialists to meet student needs.

Requirements:

• Valid Vermont administrative or special education certification

• Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education compliance standards

• Previous leadership or coordination experience in a school setting preferred

Duties:

• Supervise and support special education teachers and related service providers

• Coordinate IEP meetings and ensure accurate, timely documentation

• Collaborate with school administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and compliance
