Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational development of middle and high school students in a K-12 setting. The role is a contract position for the 2025-2026 school year, providing essential support as a backfill in a Special Education teaching capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in middle and high school grades.
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators.
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education teaching license is required.
- Experience working with middle and high school students in special education settings.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

- This role is located onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire, serving a local K-12 school.
Contract Details:
- Duration: December 15, 2025 June 16, 2026.
- This is a contract position requiring onsite presence; virtual or remote work options are not available.
