Assemblers / Brazers / HVACR Techs / Shipping – Multiple Openings!

$20–$32/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
We’re hiring skilled tradespeople and support staff for multiple roles in Norton, MA. Whether your expertise is in electrical assembly, copper brazing, refrigeration systems, or shipping/stockroom operations, we have an opportunity that matches your skills—with room to grow and cross-train.
Open Positions & Pay Rates:
⚡ Electrical Assembler – $23.00–$25.00/hr (DOE)
- Perform point-to-point wiring, soldering, and build electrical subassemblies per schematics.
- MUST have 2+ years of manufacturing experience to be considered for $25/hr.
- Read schematics and work with hand and power tools.
Skilled Brazer – Up to $25.00/hr (DOE)
- Join copper components using torch brazing techniques (not welding).
- Experience required in copper torch brazing—entry-level candidates cannot be considered for this role.
- Inspect joints for quality and ensure leak-free results.
❄ Refrigeration Technician – $28.00–$32.00/hr (DOE)
- Fabricate, assemble, test, and repair cascade/multi-stage refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair systems using blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams.
- Charge systems, perform leak tests, and assist engineers with testing plans.
- Note: This is not a maintenance/repair or facility maintenance role.
Shipping/Stockroom Clerk – Up to $20.00/hr (DOE)
- Manage shipping operations (FedEx, UPS, postal), schedule deliveries, and handle inventory.
- Lift up to 50 lbs, use pallet jacks, and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
- Assist in the stockroom with material handling and inventory when shipping tasks are complete.
- Comfort with computer systems required. May work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM when assigned to shipping.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in at least one of these areas: electrical assembly, copper brazing, refrigeration systems, or shipping/inventory within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with tools, equipment, and reading technical drawings/schematics.
- Safety-conscious mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- For technical roles: prior experience is required (these are not entry-level positions).
