<p>The Composite Engineer is responsible for the development, design, administration and documentation functions of composite tool products. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the design, engineering and general operation of this department complies with company quality system procedures as related to composite tools.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The position requires a self-motivated person who maintains an exceptional working relationship with colleagues, sales, manufacturing and customers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Education and Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>BS/MS in Engineering Materials Science or ME with Advanced Materials focus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>5-10 years of industrial experience with direct composites development, production and/or design background</li>
<li>Ability to read and work from blueprints in 2D and 3D</li>
<li>Proficient mathematical skills with the ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances.&nbsp;</li>
