What You'll Do:

  • Tackle a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.

  • Prepare units for new residents and help maintain the property’s curb appeal.

  • Respond to resident service requests and perform regular property inspections.

  • Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 6 weeks per year – with OT pay!).

What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

  • Experience with tools, repairs, and general property maintenance.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills (must be comfortable using a phone or tablet).

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • This is an active role — be prepared for lifting, bending, climbing, and staying on your feet.

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently, with heavier lifting done as a team.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Twelve paid holidays plus your birthday off.

  • Paid maternity and paternity leave.

  • 401(k) with company match, longevity bonuses, and more.

Bring your skills, energy, and dedication — and we’ll provide the opportunity, benefits, and support to help you thrive.
