Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join a dynamic property management team as a Maintenance Technician and play a critical front-line role in maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming living environments.
What You'll Do:

Tackle a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.

Prepare units for new residents and help maintain the property’s curb appeal.

Respond to resident service requests and perform regular property inspections.

Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.

Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 6 weeks per year – with OT pay!).
What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Experience with tools, repairs, and general property maintenance.

Strong communication and documentation skills (must be comfortable using a phone or tablet).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
Physical Requirements:

This is an active role — be prepared for lifting, bending, climbing, and staying on your feet.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently, with heavier lifting done as a team.
