We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our visitors and clients. The Front Desk Agent will serve as the first point of contact and is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed

  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings

  • Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks

  • Ensure security protocols are followed for all guests and staff
